Every student deserves the chance to learn, grow, and feel supported, and every educator deserves a team that helps make that possible. At Leena Care, our mission is simple yet powerful: to support schools and empower students through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral care.

We partner with California schools and districts to provide consistent, high-quality behavioral and instructional support that enhances classroom learning and strengthens special education programs. Our approach is built on three core pillars: care, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

1. Supporting Schools With Reliable, Skilled Professionals

We know that schools are at their best when every classroom has the support it needs. That’s why Leena Care focuses on placing trained Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Instructional Assistants (IAs) who are prepared to meet the diverse needs of students.

Our team members receive comprehensive training through Leena Academy, which covers ABA fundamentals, classroom collaboration, data collection, and de-escalation strategies. With ongoing supervision from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Leena professionals are ready to make a difference from day one.

When schools partner with Leena, they gain more than staff, they gain stability, support, and peace of mind.

2. Empowering Students Through ABA and Compassionate Care

Every student has the potential to succeed. Leena’s approach combines the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with genuine empathy and respect for each learner.

Our BTs and BCBAs work one-on-one and alongside teachers to help students build communication skills, increase engagement, and reduce challenging behaviors. We believe that behavioral care should never feel clinical or detached, it should be encouraging, relational, and tailored to the whole child.

Through consistency and care, we help students not only reach their IEP goals but also gain confidence and independence that extend far beyond the classroom.

3. A Partnership Approach That Strengthens Every District

Leena Care was founded on the belief that schools deserve more than just staffing solutions, they deserve a true partner.

Our team collaborates closely with administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure communication is seamless and student progress is clear. From onboarding to weekly supervision, our systems are designed to reduce friction and increase alignment between behavioral teams and school staff.

This partnership model allows schools to focus on what they do best, teaching, while we handle the behavioral support that keeps students thriving.

4. Guided by Leadership, Grounded in Purpose

Under the clinical direction of Dr. Shannon Stanford, Ed.D., BCBA, Leena Care has built a framework that blends educational insight with clinical precision. Her leadership ensures that every part of our organization, from training to supervision, is designed to meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and care.

Our mission isn’t just a statement. It’s a daily practice that drives how we recruit, train, and support the professionals who make a difference in classrooms every day.
