
Registered Behavior Technician
Job Description
Leena Care partners with schools to provide structured, evidence-based support for students with autism and related learning differences. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, helping students build meaningful, lasting skills in the classroom.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 or small-group ABA interventions as directed by a supervising BCBA
Collect and record precise data on student progress and behavior
Support classroom instruction by reinforcing communication, social, and adaptive skills
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistency
Participate in ongoing supervision and maintain RBT certification in good standing
Uphold ethical and professional standards in all school environments
Qualifications
Active RBT certification required
Experience working with children or students with autism preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed behavioral protocols with accuracy
Commitment to professionalism, patience, and student growth
